Meanwhile melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in flour. As butter and flour thickens, mix in 'broth' and milk. Cook over low heat for a 2 minutes.</div><div>In large pan, stir together, beef, macaroni, and cream mixture. Serves 6</div><div><br /></div><div>If you wish, you may toss in some grated cheddar. Work in flour. Dough should not be sticky. If necessary, work in more flour. </div><div>If you have a pasta maker, proceed by rolling into strips, then cutting into desired width. </div><div>If you do not have a pasta maker, form into a circle, sprinkle with flour, and roll with a rolling pin. Then cut into desired width with a knife or pizza cutter.</div><div>Separate noodles and place into boiling liquid.
